Yes. I have known him over the years. He hops from job to job, a bachelor and depends on the public for help. Nice guy and through him, I have learnt how to communicate in sign language(not the normal ones most deaf & dumb acquired) but his own version.
The best one was "how do you describe that you want to drink Guinness Stout(beer). You can never believe how he does it!
